This week’s Simon Says challenge is Add Some Texture. I was making a card for my sister-in-law and decided to try something different.
I used my gel plate, some Prussian blue Golden fluid paint and a Tim Holtz stencil to create my background on deli paper. I then used matte medium to adhere the deli paper background to some index cardstock. I stamped some script on it, and added texture paste through another Tim Holtz stencil. The flower is from a Tim Holtz stamp set (Flower Garden) that I stamped on more gel plate print backgrounds. I paper pieced the flowers and used matte medium to adhere to the card front.
